Open the door to a new, exciting ways of looking at your watercolors. Using crumbled paper and a limited palette as the base for your watercolors students will learn how to layer more intense color to create visually exciting pieces. In this workshop Kris will have you paint woods in snow on crinkled paper using the crinkles to add texture to the snow, shadows and trees. This method can be used in any other subjects and is especially suited for subjects with lots of texture. Kris will reach out to you prior to the workshop to let you know what supplies to bring to the workshop.

Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene’s. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
