Meet Albany's top dog, Nipper. He's 25 feet tall weigh,s 4 tons and is the largest man-made dog in the world. Albany's Nipper was built in 1954 in Chicago and placed atop the RCA Building located at 991 Broadway. He is made from fiberglass on a steel frame. Nipper has become a much-loved icon of the city, he's a doggone legend.
