SpaceLAB: an exhibition of 3D works by 30+ area makers curated by LABspace
SpaceLAB is a showcase of exciting and unexpected 3D work from over 30 area makers curated by LABspace. A sprawling exhibition of sculptural work taking over the gallery, activating the walls, ceiling, and floor as well as site specific installations. SpaceLAB explores and highlights the work of artists using a wide range of materials from wood, fiber, ceramic, plexiglass, and more. This immersive survey of unique work is out of the box playful, yet serious.
Collar Works will NOT be hosting a public reception at this time. They WILL be hosting ongoing virtual events, in addition to our regular open gallery hours, including an Instagram LIVE Curators Tour with Julie Torres and Ellen Letcher of LABspace on Saturday, September 5 at 5pm on Collar Work’s Instagram @collarworks.
