‘The Linda’ Goes Virtual with New Concert Series
It’s hard to believe that we are passing another season with no concerts to attend, but The Linda wants to help concert goers by offering a “Take-Out Virtual Concert Series.”
The series will be produced in collaboration with Chromoscope Pictures and will take place every Monday night at 8 pm.
“We realize that the impacts of COVID-19 have been dire for working musicians and the music industry as a whole,” a representative said in a statement. “The goal of this series is to help restart the local music economy by bringing a wide array of eclectic and diverse, local and regional musicians back to the stage in a safe environment and to provide fans with a professionally produced concert delivered directly to their homes via YouTube stream.”
According to the venue, these virtual concerts will be ticketed events and then once purchased, a private link to the live stream will be provided one week prior to the concert.
