Concert Announcements for the week of May 17th


Sad to say, but no new live shows announced this week for any Capital District venue.  Just the (unfortunately expected) continued postponements and cancellations.  It’s been two months since we’ve had a live music show in Nippertown.

The Black Keys particularly hurt…

Saratoga Performing Arts Center: Alanis Morissette (was 7/8) postponed (no new date yet).  Bob Dylan (was 7/9) canceled.  Brantley Gilbert (was 7/12) canceled.  The Black Keys (was 8/16) canceled.  Maroon 5 (was 9/6) postponed (no new date yet).

The Egg: Bill Charlap Trio (was 6/6) postponed to June 12, 2021.  David Crosby and the Sky Trails Band (was 6/11) postponed (no new date yet).  Albert Cummings ( was 6/13) postponed to January 15, 2021.

Upstate Concert Hall: The Airborne Toxic Event (was 6/17) postponed to March 9, 2021.

Caffe Lena: Larry Carlton plays the Crusaders (was 6/20) canceled.  Roomful of Blues (was 6/21) canceled.

Frog Alley:  Trampled by Turtles (was 6/12) canceled.

Putnam Place: Bumpin Uglies (was 5/16) postponed to July 25.

Fuze Box:  Astral Butcher (was 6/15) canceled.
