American songwriter and musician Jeffrey Foucault returns to The Cock ‘n Bull Restaurant in Galway, New York on Thursday, October 24.

Foucault somehow manages to put together a classic sound with a contemporary message, singing his timeless poetry with an ease that defies the effort and talent he clearly has applied to his art. The 43 year-old from Wisconsin has released six full length albums, and is touring to promote his most recent album “Blood Brothers.”

Foucault’s combination of poetic lyrics that tell the story of the every day with soothing guitar is mesmerizing. From lyrics about washing dishes with the window open to words describing the sad pain of living through a life with a partner’s deep sadness, Foucault’s most recent album uses detail and language paired beautifully with guitar playing to transport listeners to a vivid dream like world in which he lives.

Foucault’s vocals are uniquely smokey, and yet classically country in nature. He is set to stun the audience at The Cock ‘n Bull on October 24th at 7:30 pm. A limited early dinner is scheduled for 5 pm, and reservations are highly recommended. It is predicted this show will set out.
