The Egg Announces Five New Concerts

The Egg has beefed up its spring concert calendar with the announcement of five new additions.

Tickets for the new shows are currently available exclusively to members of The Egg, and will go on sale to the general public at 11am Friday (November 16), except where noted.

RAILROAD EARTH
Thursday, February 14, 7pm

Railroad Earth has fused their bluegrass roots with their love of good time rock ‘n roll and a penchant for improvisation to become one of the premier Americana jam bands of today.

DONNYBROOK FAIR
Thursday, March 14, 7:30pm

Back by popular demand following their summer reunion tour, the original members of Donnybrook Fair – Kevin McKrell, David McDonnell and Jeff Strange – return with a special pre-St. Patrick’s Day concert of originals and traditional Irish songs.

TAPE FACE
Sunday, March 17, 8pm
$TBA; tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am Friday (November 16)
New Zealand prop comic, busker, clown and more was a finalist on Season 11 of “America’s Got Talent,” serving up mime with noise, stand-up with no talking – drama with no acting. Tape Face has to be seen to be believed.

PAT METHENY’S SIDE EYE

He’s won 20 Grammy Awards in 12 different categories to accompany his three gold records and his accolades as Best Jazz Guitarist in polls for nearly four decades. Recently inducted into the Downbeat Hall of Fame as its youngest member, he will perform his new Side Eye project – featuring pianist James Francies and drummer Nate Smith.
