MUSIC: Anderson East @ The Egg’s Swyer Theatre, Albany. It’s been a breakthrough year for the soulful country singer-songwriter, which saw the release of his critically acclaimed new album, Encore. MUSIC: The Hot Club of Saratoga @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. It’s an Election Day Gypsy jazz party and jam session. 8pm. $17.

MUSIC: Keith Pray’s Big Soul Ensemble @ the Van Dyck, Schenectady. The saxman’s big band for the 21st century. 8pm. FREE.

COMEDY: Christopher Titus @ the Funny Bone, Guilderland. 7:30pm. $25.

THEATER: Million Dollar Quartet @ Cohoes Music Hall, Cohoes. The music of Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash comes to life in this incredible true story of one night when these four icons came together to play at Sun Records. The Playhouse Stage Company musical is directed by Owen Smith. 8pm. $27; students $17. Through Sunday, November 11.
