Up in Clifton Park, the Upstate Concert Hall has bolstered its calendar with the addition of a handful of new shows, including Everlast at 8pm on Friday, November 9 in support of his new album, Whitey Ford’s House of Pain. Tickets are $20.50 in advance; $25 at the door. Looking ahead to 2019, Local 518 country music faves the Kyle Bourgault Band celebrate the release of their upcoming album on Saturday, February 2. Big Sky Country and Jeff Dalton kick off the celebration at 8pm. Priced at $20 in advance; $25 at the door, tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday. And Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness returns to UCH at 7:30pm on Saturday, February 23. Priced at $29.50 in advance; $32 at the door, tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday (October 5).

In support of their 12th studio album, The Stars, the Ocean & the Moon, Echo & the Bunnymen take the stage at the Calvin Theatre in Northampton on Monday, November 19. Enation opens the show at 8pm. Tickets are $35.50 & $49.50.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Cohoes Music Hall welcomes back prog-rock-fusion pioneers Brand X and the Cohoes debut of Talking Heads tribute band Start Making Sense. Tickets to both shows are now on sale…

The Slambovian Circus of Dreams drops into Colony in Woodstock at 8pm on Friday, November 23. Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Egg has announced the annual New York State Performing Arts Presenters Fall Arts Conference’s Performing Arts Showcase of Music and Dance featuring Maria Muldaur, Bobby Previte’s Blueprints Ensemble and Richie & Rosie, as well as several dance companies. Admission to the showcase performance is free.

Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Ventures make their way into the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton at 7pm on Saturday, January 19. Tickets are $30 in advance; $35 at the door.

The next concert in the Jazzstock series will feature the Ed Cherry Organ Trio. The former Dizzy Gillespie band guitarist will be joined by organist Kyle Koehler and drummer Anwar Marshall at Senate Garage in Kingston at 7:30pm on Thursday, October 18. Tickets are on sale now, priced at $25.

In support of their upcoming album, Gold, Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds will be winging their way into Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock at 8pm on Saturday, December 29. Priced at $35 & $55, tickets go on sale at 10am Friday (October 5).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Stand-up comedian Jim Gaffigan is slated to bring the laughs to Albany’s Palace Theatre. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (October 5).

OPENERS: Levi Hummon opens for Dwight Yoakam at the Palace Theatre on Sunday (October 7)… Flora Cash has been added as the opening act for the co-headlining concert by Joywave and Sir Sly at Clifton Park’s Upstate Concert Hall at 8pm on Sunday, October 21…
