Palace Theatre Announces Three New Concerts

Albany’s Palace Theatre has announced three new concerts. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 on Friday (June 15).

Here are the details:

DWIGHT YOAKAM

On sale Friday (June 15) at 10am
Dwight Yoakam has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide, and he is a 21-time nominated, multiple Grammy Award winner. He has 12 gold albums and nine platinum or multi-platinum albums, with five of those albums topping Billboard’s Country Albums chart and another 14 landing in the Top 10. Nearly 40 of Yoakam’s singles have charted on Billboard, with 14 peaking in the Top 10. He is also the recipient of the Artist of the Year award from the Americana Music Association.

Led by vocalist Cardinal Copia (formerly known as Papa Emeritus), the Swedish band of costumed rockers returns to churn out some more creepy music in support of their latest album, Prequelle.

The two time Emmy Award-winning Derek Hough brings his first-ever live solo dance tour to town, featuring brand-new stage production, astounding versatility and his magnetic stage presence. Hough will explore styles ranging from ballroom and tap to salsa and hop-hop and everything in between in a fusion of dance and music.

    Ghost is a pop band that dresses up like satanic priests. They are not heavy metal. More like the Raspberries in makeup.
