MUSIC: Joe Louis Walker’s “Keys to the Kingdom” @ The Falcon, Marlboro. For Black History Month, the blues-rock guitarist’s residency focuses on the prominent role of keyboardists in the fabric of gospel, blues and jazz. Tonight’s special guest is Bruce Katz. 8pm. Donations encouraged.

READING: Karan Mahajan @ Bard College’s Weis Cinema in the Bertelsmann Campus Center, Annandale-on-Hudson. His novel “The Association of Small Bombs” won the Bard Fiction Prize, the Anisfield-Wolf Book Award for Fiction, New York Public Library Young Lions Award, and was a finalist for the National Book Award, in addition to being named a Best Book of the Year by The New York Times Book Review, New York Magazine, Esquire, Buzzfeed, Huffington Post and others.
