FREE FEST: Troy River Fest on Saturday
Troy River Fest takes over downtown Troy from 10am-5pm on Saturday (June 17) with music and more entertainment outdoors in Monument Square and along River Street.
While headliners in years past have ranged from They Might Be Giants to Eddie Money to Southside Johnny, this year the fest will focus on showcasing Local 518 homegrown musical talent.
The 14th annual fest – originally known as the Troy River Street Arts Festival – will also feature a wide variety of vendors selling locally crafted hand-made goods and local cuisine.
Here’s the schedule of bands for the 2017 Troy River Fest’s Main Stage on River Street between State and Congress streets:
Also performing at the fest will be DJ Intell Hayesfield (10:30am), Ragliacci Rags (11am), DJ Jennifer Haley (2pm) and magician Jeffrey Jene (throughout the day).
