MUSIC: Festival of Contemporary Music @ UAlbany Performing Arts Center, Albany. The University Percussion Ensemble is joined by the Empire State Youth and Repertory Percussion Ensembles for the world premiere of “I Want/You Want,” a work by renowned performer-composer-educator Robert Bridge. 7pm. $6; $3 students & seniors.

MUSIC: Evans-Lev Piano Duo @ Schenectady Community College’s Taylor Auditorium, Schenectady. Mark Evans and Gili Melamed-Lev renew their partnership at the piano, performing works by Debussy and Phillip Lasser, along with Schubert’s Fantasy in F minor and a piano four-hand version of Brahms’ String Sextet in B-flat major. 7:30pm. FILM: “Becoming Warren Buffett” @ Skidmore College’s Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs. The Emmy Award-winning producer (and Skidmore alum) Teddy Kunhardt will engage in a Q&A following the screening of the documentary film. 7pm. FREE.

FILM: “A Very Long Engagement” @ Schenectady County Public Library, Schenectady. Part of the film series in conjunction with the Schenectady County Historical Society’s exhibit “Together Until the End: Schenectady in World War I.” 5:30pm. FREE.
