MUSIC: Elvis Birthday Bash @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Mark Gamsjager, the Lustre Kings and special guests started their annual celebration to the King earlier this month in California, and now the coast-to-coast tribute lands in Hudson. 9pm. $20.
MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: The Andrew Wheeler Band @ the Hollow Bar + Kitchen, Albany. Help the band raise funds for their trip to Memphis to compete in the International Blues Challenge. 2pm. $10 suggested donation.
MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: Old Songs Sampler Concert @ Old Songs, Voorheesville. The annual musical smorgasbord and benefit for the Old Songs Festival features Phil Spoor, Lisa Preston & John Roberts, Peter Blue, the Loosely Wound String Band, Der Kleiner Klezmer Orchestra and Sten Isachsen. $23; $5 children age 12 & under. 7:30pm.
MUSIC: Gaelic Storm @ The Egg, Albany. Since their performance in the blockbuster film “Titanic” catapulted them to international acclaim, the band has remained one of the world’s foremost Celtic fusion bands. 8pm. $34.
