FREE. GO HERE for more info and the complete concert series schedule…

MUSIC: Whitney @ the Hollow Bar + Kitchen, Albany. The Chicago-based band celebrates the release of their debut album, Light Upon the Lake, due out on Friday (June 3) on Secretly Canadian. Formed from the core of guitarist Max Kakacek (ex-Smith Westerns) and singing drummer Julien Ehrlich (ex-Unknown Mortal Orchestra), the band itself is something bigger, something visionary, something neither of them could have accomplished alone. 9pm. $12.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Lake George Elvis Festival @ Shepard Park, Lake George. The opening ceremony features performances from many of the Elvis Tribute Artists. 7pm. FREE. Followed by an opening night party at 8:30pm at the Adirondack Pub & Brewery. GO HERE for more info and the complete festival schedule…

MUSIC: The Lustre Kings @ Lanie’s Cafe, Loudonville. Mark Gamsjager & Co. brings the rockabilly. 6pm.

THEATER: “Presto Change-O” @ Barrington Stage Company’s St. Germain Stage, Pittsfield. The new musical by Eric Price and Joel Waggoner tells the story of three generations of magicians who find themselves under one roof for the first time in years. When the grandfather causes real magic to happen, they must confront their past mistakes and re-examine what it means to be a family. 7:30pm. Through Saturday, June 11. GO HERE to read review…

MUSIC: Jeanne O’Connor @ Mouzon House, Saratoga Springs. The jazz vocalist is accompanied by Tony Markellis and Scott Bassinson. 7pm.
