THEATER: “A Bronx Tale” @ Proctors, Schenectady. Actor and playwright Chazz Palminteri brings his classic coming-of-age story to vivid life, playing multiple roles as he depicts a young boy’s rough childhood in ’60s-era Bronx and the unforgettable people he encountered. 3pm. $54.
CABARET: “Just Jim Dale” @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Tony Award-winning Broadway star Jim Dale returns with his new cabaret show, directed by Tony Award-winner Richard Maltby, Jr. with Mark York at the piano. 7pm. $60.
READINGS: “Through The Looking Glass: Musings From the Pens of Berkshire Women Writers” @ the Unicorn Theatre, Stockbridge. Featuring Karen Allen, Lauren Ambrose, Amber Chand, Hilary Somers Deely, Corinna May, Barbara Sims and special guests. 3pm. $30.
THEATER: “Souvenir” @ Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany. Last chance! Directed by Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill, the comedy with heart is based on the true story of Florence Foster Jenkins, who rose to fame for her annual, sold-out, opera recitals at the Ritz Carlton. MUSIC: Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Blazing hot Michigan-based roots ensemble Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys returns to the Caffe in support of their new album, Ionia. The instruments and the band’s bedrock sound come from bluegrass, but their Americana music is caught between the pull of the past and the push of the future. 7pm. $20.
THEATER: “Smokey Joe’s Cafe” @ Schenectady Light Opera Company, Schenectady. Brandon Jones directs the jukebox musical chockfull of classic rock & roll and R&B songs from the pens of Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. 2pm. $22 & $28. Through March 29.
THEATER: “Peter Pan” @ Sand Lake Center for the Arts, Averill Park. The Circle Theatre Players serve up the classic battle between Peter Pan (Nessa Corcoran) and Captain Hook (Mark Wilson), directed by Jan Nielsen. 2:30pm. $16; $10 under age 18. Through Sunday, March 29.
MUSIC/FILM: “All About Elvis” @ the Falcon, Marlboro. The evening features a screening of the hour-long Elvis Presley documentary “200 Cadillacs,” followed by performances by Rex & the Rockabilly Kings, featuring members of Aztec Two-Step, the Roues Brothers and the Wiyos. 7pm. Donation encouraged.
