50 Bands Announced for MOVE Music Fest

The three-day MOVE Music Festival is taking over downtown Albany once again this spring. The fourth annual MOVE Music Fest is scheduled to take place Friday-Sunday, April 24-26 at 11 showcase venues throughout Albany.

In addition to showcasing approximately 100 bands, the fest will also feature interactive
roundtable discussions, industry panels, and a keynote speech by Tony Shimkin, songwriter for Madonaa, Taylor Dayne, Wild Orchid and others.

Venues hosting MOVE Music Fest showcases include Justin’s, McGeary’s Pub, Blue 82, the Hollow Bar + Kitchen, the Lark Tavern, the Fuze Box, the Barrel Saloon, Stout, the City Beer Hall, the Parish Public House and the Pearl Street Pub.

Three-day, all-fest tickets are currently available for $20.
