In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Empire State Plaza in Albany hosted its annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Saturday, September 14, featuring free outdoor performances by DJ BoyBoy, Grupo Encanto, Toby Rivera and Toño Rosario.

Greg Haymes founded Nippertown, along with his wife Sara Ayers, in 2009. Greg was a musician, journalist, and ambassador to the Capital Region arts community. Greg passed in April of 2019, but his legacy continues.
