MUSIC: Silver Chicken @ the Parting Glass, Saratoga Springs. Not only a reunion of one of the Local 518’s most popular country rock bands – 35 years after the original line-up of Rick Bedrosian, Jim Fish, Todd Nelson and Ted Were called it quits – but also a CD release party for the band’s album Storm Ride, which they started recording in 1977 and just now finished up. MUSIC: Southeast Express @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Guitar master Tony Watt brings his ace Boston-based bluegrass band to town for a rousing show. 7pm. $17.

ART ON FILM: “Manet: Portraying Life” @ the Spectrum 8 Theatres, Albany. A big screen journey through the recent exhibition of Manet’s work on view at London’s Royal Academy of Arts. 12noon. $15; ages 12 & under $12.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Ladyfest Upstate @ the Arts Center of the Capital Region, Troy. The three-day fest wraps up with an acoustic concert featuring DJ Big Bang, Youth FX films & more (1:30pm), Olivia Quillio (3:10pm), Evan Greer (3:50pm) and dancealisadance (4:30pm). $15, $20 & $25.

MUSIC: Todd Rundgren @ Bearsville Theater, Woodstock. A homecoming concert in celebration of Todd’s new CD, State. 8pm. $40. UPDATE: This show is now officially sold out. Also at 8pm on Monday.

MUSIC: Victor Hill @ the Clark Art Institute, Williamstown. The renowned harpsichordist performs a solo recital featuring Bach’s “Goldberg Variations.” 3pm. FREE.
