MUSIC: Thomas Bergeron Quintet @ Williams College’s Chapin Hall, Williamstown. Trumpeter Bergeron and his band showcase the contemporary jazz-meets-Debussy music of their debut CD, “The First of All My Dreams,” as well as selections by John Cage and Karlheinz Stockhausen. 8pm. FREE.
FILM: Soul Cinema’s “Car Wash” @ Proctors, Schenectady. It Came From Schenectady presents the first night of the Soul Cinema film series with the 1976 comedy starring Richard Pryor and George Carlin.
