Local 845 – the local concert production group helmed by singer-songwriter Stephen Clair – has been regularly presenting concerts and club shows at such Beacon venues as the Howland Cultural Center and the Piggy Bank for more than a year now.

But now Local 845 is taking a big step forward with the announcement of Beacon Riverfest, the first-ever live music festival in Beacon’s renovated Riverfront Park.

The free fest will take place on Saturday, June 26, beginning at 2pm and ending at dusk. It’s a rain-or-shine bash.
