This one’s been flying pretty much under the radar, and that’s quite a surprise considering the firepower. Dubbed the Plastic Surgery Celebration, the show is slated for 51 3rd Street in Troy at 9pm on Friday, and it features Flaming Dragons of Middle Earth, Todd Is Each New Moment, Mr. and Mrs. Skinner and Troy Pohl.

Yes, Troy Pohl, the ex Kamikaze Heart who has been doing his thing as a behind-the-scenes, recording studio force on such albums as Sean Rowe’s “Magic” and Matthew Carefully’s “Community Balloon,” among other projects. Friday’s show marks Pohl’s return to the performance spotlight after a long hiatus.

The evening is also a dual release party for Mr. and Mrs. Skinner, who are simultaneously releasing two albums. Their performance on Friday evening will also feature the choreography and dance of Jessie Pellerin.

Sounds like quite the shindig…

Doors open at 8pm; performances start at 9pm. Suggested donation at the door is just $3.
