“Cafe Capriccio’s Chef’s Table” by Jim Rua

GIFT: “Cafe Capriccio’s Chef’s Table” by Jim Rua
AVAILABLE FROM: Cafe Capriccio and Capriccio Saratoga

Chef Jim Rua opened one of the Capital Region’s finest restaurants, Cafe Capriccio, back in 1982, and it’s still going strong. But he’s also written several cook books along the way. And in celebration of Cafe Capriccio’s 30th anniversary, Rua has just published his third book – a collection of original recipes, cooking techniques, family recollections and memorable characters – which completes a trilogy that also includes “Cafe Capriccio: A Culinary Memoir” and “The Pasta Lover’s Fast Food Cookbook.”

You can also find Rua signing copies of his new book at the Price Chopper at Loudon Center, Latham from 10am-2pm today (Friday, December 14) and at the Price Chopper in Slingerlands from 10am-2pm on Saturday (December 15).
