How long can you survive?

It Came From Schenectady’s third annual Proctoberfest 24-hour marathon of marginal, mutant, mashed-up and marvelous movies takes place this weekend, beginning at 12noon on Saturday, and running straight through til 12noon on Sunday.

It all takes place at the GE Theatre at Proctors in Schenectady. And, yes, there will be comfy chairs and couches, in case you wanna doze off.

Tix are $40 in advance; $50 at the door for the whole shebang. Or you can also purchase tix for individual eight-hour blocks for $25.

Here’s the complete schedule or events, although there are certain to be a few surprises thrown in along the way:

BLOCK 1
12noon: “RoboCop” (unrated director’s cut)
2:20pm: Mash-up of So Bad, They’re Good films
3:30pm: “Alien vs. Ninja” (regional premiere)
5:15pm: DJ XL5’s “Bollywood Zappin’ Party,” Part I (U.S. premiere)
6pm: “The Day the Earth Stood Still” (1951)
BLOCK II
8pm: “Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky”
10:25pm: DJ XL5’s “Bollywood Zappin’ Party,” Part II (U.S. premiere)
11:10pm: “2001: A Space Odyssey”
1:45am: Scooter Pie (live burlesque)
2am: “Mutant Girls Squad” (regional premiere)
BLOCK III
4am: “The Human Centipede” (regional premiere)
5:45am: Viewers’ Choice: Universal Horror Classic
7:15am: DJ XL5’s “Bollywood Zappin’ Party,” Part III (U.S. premiere)
8am: Surprise classic Roger Corman film
10am: “Herschell Gordon Lewis: The Godfather of Gore”
