Festival Fever: Iroquois Festival @ Iroquois Indian Museum, 9/4-5/10

The Iroquois Indian Museum in Howe’s Cave is hosting the 29th annual Iroquois Festival on Saturday and Sunday. The fest will run from 10am-6pm both days, rain or shine.

And while you’re there, check out the exhibition “Native Americans in the Performing Arts: From Broadway to Hollywood,” which remains on view at the museum through the end of the year.

Here’s the line-up of events for both days of the festival:

10am: Festival & Art Market Opens
11:30am: Sky Dancers
12:30pm: “At The Woods Edge” nature walk with Mike Tarbell
1pm: “Iroquois Stories” with Amanda Tarbell
2pm: Sky Dancers
3pm: Archeology Talk with Barry Keegan
4pm (Saturday only): Sky Dancers
6pm: Festival Closes for the Day
