Real Good for Free: The Troy Pig Out

July 15th, 2009, 3:15 pm by Greg

**UPDATE: I’m changing the date on this because I absentmindedly posted it last week instead of this week, so it’s kind of a repost for those who have already seen it.**

Yeah, no doubt about it. There’s gonna be plenty of great eatin’ in downtown Troy next weekend as the second annual Troy Pig Out and barbecue competition takes over Riverfront Park.

But the two-day fest – Saturday and Sunday, July 18-19 – also features lots of fine free music, too.

Here’s what you’ll hear:

12noon: The Tom Casey Band
2pm: Scott Shipley
3:30pm: The Bent Rail Blues Band
5:30pm: Icewagon Flu
7:30pm: Ernie Williams

11:15am: Renee Lussier & Branchwater
12:30pm: Simple Theory
1:30pm: Julia Ilowiecki
2:30pm: The Prolonged Exposure Band
3:40pm: The Foy Brothers Band
