The North Greenbush Town Hall Gazebo in Wynantskill is hosting a free concert series held at 6pm on Sundays throughout the summer. The series kicks on Sunday (July 12) with the Stray Dogs.

The East Greenbush Community Library is hosting its free Summer Music Series again this summer, and the series is different from all of the other summer concert series because it’s held indoors in the library’s community room.

The concerts take place at 7pm on Wednesdays throughout the month of July. And although admission is free, capacity is limited, and perspective concertgoers are encouraged to reserve seats for the shows.

The East Greenbush Community Library in East Greenbush is once again hosting its summer Music Series throughout the upcoming month of July. The concert series takes place on Wednesdays at 7pm, and although admission is free reservations are recommended because the EG Library concerts are one of the very few summertime concert series around Nippertown that are held indoors where seating is limited.

It’s become one of the most prestigious music showcases in town.

For the fifth time in as many years, WEXT-FM is throwing its support behind the local Nippertown music scene by hosting some of the best Local 518 bands in concert at the WMHT-TV studios in North Greenbush for a don’t-miss showcase dubbed the Exit Dome.

A benefit concert for WEXT, Exit Dome V will be taking place at 7:30pm on Saturday, January 28, and it features five great bands:

Sgt. Dunbar & the Hobo Banned
MaryLeigh & the Fauves
The City Never Sleeps
Rosary Beard

In addition, singer-songwriter M.R. Poulopoulos will playing in the lobby from 7-7:30pm and throughout the evening inbetween the mainstage acts.

Since going on air in 2007, WEXT has been a staunch supporter of the Local 518 music scene. Now it’s your turn to help support the radio station – and see a batch of the best bands around while you’re helping out a great local cultural arts resource.

The East Greenbush Community Library is once again hosting its annual Summer Music Series, and unlike nearly all of the other free concert series sponsored by the towns or libraries around Nippertown, this one is indoors rather than outdoors.

The concerts take place at 7pm on Wednesdays unless otherwise noted.
