1. THE FIRST ALBUM I EVER BOUGHT WAS … Although it may have been a Bay City Rollers record, I think it was Sgt. Pepper in 1975 from Apex Music on the corner of State St. and Broadway in Schenectady. They used to have listening booths, where you could play the records before you bought them. I heard that some kids would stick the vinyl under their shirt and then place the cover back on the rack. Could you imagine that?

The Replacements Redux?

With Tommy Stinson relocating to Hudson recently, it’s no surprise that there might be a Local 518 resurgence in interest in the Replacements.
