The Return of DiVinyl Revolution…

Divinyl Revolution

Seems like just yesterday that we were mourning the loss of Divinyl Revolution in Saratoga Springs, the Spa City’s primo record store. (Actually, it was April 30.)

But to kinda-sorta paraphrase the very late and great Mark Twain, “The exaggeration of their death has been kinda, sorta exaggerated.”

In fact, look for owner-operator Brittany Nasser to open the doors of DiVinyl Revolution’s new location sometime today (Friday, June 8) at the Saratoga Marketplace (454 Broadway). “Still some re-organizing left to do, but we are here!,” Nasser divulged on the store’s Facebook page. “If the lights are on, pop on in!”

So stop by and pick up a vinyl copy of Blind Faith’s one and only album, or a Chris Whitley CD, or if you’re very lucky, maybe something by Jackie Leven, Home or Deaf School.

We couldn’t be happier that Saratoga once again has a cool record store – just in time for the big summer season. Good luck, Brittany!
