The North Country combo Black Mountain Symphony rolled into the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Troy for a free show last month.

UPCOMING: This weekend you can catch Black Mountain Symphony at the Perfect Wife in Manchester at 9:30pm on Friday and at King Neptune’s Pub in Lake George at 10pm on Saturday.

Black Mountain Symphony celebrated the release of their new sophomore album, Drawn in the Sand, with a release party at Harmony Music in Woodstock last month. They brought along their pals the Lucky Jukebox Bridgade to open the show and share in the celebration.

Black Mountain Symphony will be throwin’ themselves another big CD release bash at Albany’s Parish Public House at 9pm on Saturday (October 4). Matt Durfee & the Rattling Baddlies kick off the festivities at 9pm, followed by Carl Daniels & the Black Box before BMS hits the stage at about 11pm. Admission is $7 at the door.
