The 2010 Season @ Jacob’s Pillow

International dance center Jacob’s Pillow in Beckett, Mass. has announced its 2010 season of performances, including the Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble, the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company and the always outrageous, all-male Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo.

The Festival’s 78th season opens on Saturday, June 19 and runs through Sunday, August 29. Over the course of those two and a half months, the Pillow will host more than 300 events – 200 of which are free – on three stages, welcoming companies from nine countries and four continents.

“This is a very exciting Festival coming up,” says Jacob’s Pillow executive director Ella Baff, “where audiences will see a phenomenal range of imagination, style, form, subject matter, geographic scope and, let’s not forget, spectacular dancing.”

Memberships and subscription orders are now available online, as well as by mail and fax. Single ticket sales will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, April 7.
