MUSIC: The Wynotte Sisters @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. An alt-country singer-songwriter-kick-ass-fiddler, a bassist-ukulele player who’s played everything from Hawaiian swing to noise rock, and a Norwegian power-pop vocalist, all coming together to play… holiday tunes? Well… Wynotte? Sara Milonovich, Daria Grace and Vibeke Saugestad celebrate the season with a treasure trove of under-the-radar and off-the-wall holiday music. 7pm. $20.

MUSIC: David Amram @ The Falcon, Marlboro. American music’s Renaissance man celebrates his 87th birthday with his band and special guests. 8pm. Donations encouraged.

EVENT: Troy Victorian Stroll @ various locations, Troy. The 35th annual holiday walk features music by Rasputina, the Lustre Kings, Mark Rabin & the Lovely Missus, Ed Stander, Jeff Strange, Mark Rust, Reggie’s Red Hot Feetwarmers, George Wilson, Three Quarter North, Rhymin’ Richie Phillips, Sonny & Perley, Johnny Rabb & the Tichy Boys, Luis Mojica and, of course, Sax-O-Claus. 11am-5pm. MUSIC: Albany Symphony Orchestra @ the Palace Theatre, Albany. It’s the annual “Magic of Christmas” concert. 3pm. $28 & $42; kids 12 & under $14 & $21.

MUSIC: The Zucchini Brothers @ The Egg, Albany. Greater Nippertown’s fave family rockers perform their annual holiday concert. 3pm. FREE.

THEATER: “Voices from Inside” @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Soul Rebel Performance Troupe performs monologues, poetry and vignettes written by people who are currently incarcerated, with musical accompaniment and songs by Roosevelt Baker and friends. 1:30pm. $14.

MUSIC: Llyr Williams @ Union College’s Memorial Chapel, Schenectady. The pianist performs Debussy’s “Suite Bergamasque,” Beethoven’s “Waldstein Sonata, Op. 53” and more. 3pm.

THEATER: “The Perils of Mr. Punch” @ Time + Space Inc., Hudson. Modern Times Theater – alum of Bread & Puppet Theater – explore the troubles and travails of puppetry’s favorite loudmouth, Mr. Punch. 1pm. $5.

PERFORMANCE/MUSIC: Everton Sylvester & Searching for Banjo @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. The Jamaican-born funk-poet and his R&B-laced jazz band offer a unique blend of spoken word and deep reggae grooves as part of the monthly Rogovoy Salon, curated and hosted by Seth Rogovoy. 7pm. $15.

THEATER: “She Loves Me” @ Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany. The romantic musical is a Broadway classic with six Tony nominations garnered by its recent NYC revival.
