Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Announces Three New Concerts

The Troy Savings Bank Music Hall has announced three new concerts for the 2018 season bringing the music of Israel, Ireland and India to Greater Nippertown.

Tickets for the three new world music concerts will be available exclusively to Music Hall members at 10am Tuesday (September 12) and will go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (September 15).

Here are the details of the newly announced concerts:

IDAN RAICHEL
Friday, February 23, 8pm
$29 & $34; students $20
This global music icon creates inspiring and soul-stirring music. As the leader of the Idan Raichel Project, he acts as a musical ambassador representing a hopeful world in which artistic collaboration breaks down barriers between people of different backgrounds and beliefs.

ALTAN
Friday, March 16, 8pm
$29
No traditional Irish band in the last dozen years has had a wider impact on audiences and music lovers throughout the world than Altan.

ZAKIR HUSSAIN
with Rakesh Chaurasia
Thursday, March 22, 7:30pm
$29 & $36; students $25
One of the finest Indian tabla players in the world, Zakir Hussain, and renowned flautist Rakesh Chaurasia team up for one legendary night.
