FREE FEST: Albany LatinFest @ Washington Park

The 22th annual Albany LatinFest takes over Washington Park from 11am-6pm on Saturday (August 26) with a full day of music, kids’ activities, arts & crafts and more. And it’s all free…

The fest will feature veteran Puerto Rican singer-bandleader Tony Vega, the all-women world music ensemble Cocomama, the Local 518’s own Byron Cortez and lots more with DJ Sir Walford spinning between acts.

In additon, Albany LatinFest has plenty of kid-friendly activities planned, including agility games, soccer skills, relay races, bean bag toss, arts & crafts, bounce house and laser tag.
