MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: Jon Batiste & Stay Human @ Skidmore College’s Zankel Music Center, Saratoga Springs. Led by the innovative New Orleans keyboardist Jon Batiste, the house band for “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” plays a benefit for the Skidmore McCormack Jazz Scholarship Fund. 8pm. $30.

MUSIC: Ramblin Jug Stompers @ Barker Park, Troy. Bowtie, Cousin Clyde, Mister Eck and Wild Bill kick off the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall’s annual Kids Summer Series of interactive children’s shows. C’mon down and do the Bunny Hop. 11am. FREE.
