FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Adirondack Bluegrass Round-Up @ McConchie’s Heritage Acres Campground, Galway. It’s Day One of the three-day fest with performances by Montgumry Misfits, Bleecker Mountain, Marcotte Mountain Music, Schroon River String Band, Bash-Bish Bluegrass, Borderline, the Hay Rollers, Three Quarter North, the Stringdusters, the Bluebillies and Shine Hill Road. 11am. $12; youth under age 16 free.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest Round I @ the Lake George Forum, Lake George. More than 50 Elvis Tribute Artists compete for $10,000 in prize money and the chance to represent Lake George at the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest held during Elvis Week in Memphis. Competitors will compete in one of five divisions: Professional Early-Years; Professional ’70s; Non-Professional Early-Years; Non-Professional ’70s; and Youth. Each ETA will perform on Friday and four on Saturday. Each day, half the group performs with tracks and half will perform with the Change of Habit tribute band.
