MUSIC: Tom Paxton @ the Eighth Step at Proctors’ GE Theatre, Schenectady. The legendary folksinger-songwriter and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award-winner returns to Greater Nippertown in support of his new album, Boat in the Water.
