TALK: Dael Orlandersmith @ UAlbany Performing Arts Center’s Recital Hall, Albany. The work of the award-winning playwright-actor-poet explores racial tensions, family relationships, and the rough Harlem neighborhood in which she grew up. 8pm. FREE. Also a free seminar at 4:15pm. UPDATE: This event has been postponed til May 1.

JAM SESSION: Blue Monday Blues Jam @ Pauly’s Hotel, Albany. 8pm. FREE.
