FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Bridge Jazz Festival @ College of St. Rose’s Massry Center for the Arts, Albany. Uber-funky veteran jazzman Maceo Parker and the utterly charming vocalist Cyrille Aimee wrap up the two-day fest as it crosses the Hudson River to Albany. 7:30pm. $40; $30 students.

MUSIC: Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Both were a vital part of the late Levon Helm’s Midnight Rambles, with Campbell winning three Grammys for his production work with Helm. And between them, they’ve also played with Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Mavis Staples, BB King, Elvis Costello, The Dead, Rosanne Cash and Jackson Browne. 9pm. $20.

MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: Stand for the Rock @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. an afternoon of Native American music and storytelling to raise funds for Sacred Stone Camp, the encampment of Standing Rock Lakota Water Protectors opposing the Dakota Access Pipeline. MUSIC: Sam Cohen @ MASS MoCA’s Club B10, North Adams. The former Apollo Sunshine and Yellowbirds frontman is a dazzling guitarist (he’s lent his talents to the likes of Bob Weir and Cee-Lo), but also a songwriter of disarming skill. 8pm. $22; $10 students.
