Jimmy Webb is slated to perform “The Glen Campbell Years” at the Colonial Theatre

The Berkshire Theatre Group has announced a half dozen new concerts for the Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, ranging from the sublime singer-songwriter Jimmy Webb to the eclectic Hypnotic Brass Ensemble.

Craig Meyer is the frontman for this Elton John tribute band.

THE TEN TENORS
Friday, March 10, 8pm

With six platinum and gold records to their credit, the Australian group brings their new show, “The Power of Ten.”

JIMMY WEBB
Saturday, March 18, 8pm

The super songwriter has penned such varied hits as “Worst That Could Happen,” “The Highway Man,” “Up, Up and Away” and “MacArthur Park.” On this tour, however, he’s performing “The Glen Campbell Years,” including such Webb classics as “By the Time I Get to Phoenix,” “Wichita Lineman,” “Galveston” and more.

Co-directors David LaPlante and Ted Concepcion, along with musical director David Pickard, present “The Night of The Comet: A Totally Magical Evening,” a benefit for the Berkshire Theatre Group, featuring familiar, toe-tapping songs, as well as a surprise or two.
