Palace Theatre Announces New Concert

Young the Giant have announced that their Home of the Strange Tour will continue into 2017, including a stop at Albany’s Palace Theatre on Thursday, February 23.

Hailing from California, the rock quintet comes from diverse ethnic backgrounds – Sameer Gadhia (vocalist) is Indian-American; Jacob Tilley (guitar) is British; Eric Cannata (guitar/vocals) is New Jersey-born Italian-Jewish; Payam Doostzadeh (bass) is Persian-American; and Francois Comtois
(drums/vocals) is French-Canadian.

Having performed at such prestigious venues as Radio City Music Hall in NYC and the Greek Theater in LA on the first leg of the tour, Young the Giant will team up with opening act Lewis Del Mar, who will open the Albany show at 8pm.

Priced at $24.50, $27.50, $29.50 & $34.50, tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (November 18).

The folks at the Palace Theatre also announced that The Price Is Right Live! will be returning at 7:30pm on Thursday, April 20. Tickets for the interactive stage show based on the long-running television game show are priced at $32.50, $42.50, $52.50 & $92.50, and will go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (November 18).
