Jack DeJohnette brings his trio to The Egg with the Indo-Pak Coalition

Melding South Asian music with jazz the Indo-Pak Coalition – featuring sax master Rudresh Mahanthappa, guitarist Rez Abbasi and percussionist Dan Weiss – were originally slated to play The Egg on Saturday, September 17, but that concert was postponed due to scheduling conflicts.

Now a new date has been announced… and it was worth the wait.

The Indo Pak Coalition has been re-scheduled for 7:30pm on Friday, December 9, and the band will be half of a double bill that also features the great, Grammy Award-winning jazz drummer Jack DeJohnette and his trio, which features saxophonist Ravi Coltrane and bassist Matthew Garrison.

Priced at $36, tickets to the adventurous jazz double-bill are currently available exclusively to members of The Egg and will go on sale to the general public at 11am on Friday (September 2).
