MUSIC: Stellar Young @ the Hollow Bar + Kitchen, Albany. It’s the CD release party for the band’s new album, Woodstock Session, Volume 5, recorded last October at Woodstock’s Applehead Studio. 9pm. $10.

MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: String Band Summit @ Marbletown Multi-Arts Center, Stone Ridge. Two exciting string bands – C.B. Smith & the Lucky Devils and Ramblin Jug Stompers – come together for an evening of exciting Americana roots music to benefit Family of Woodstock Domestic Violence Services. 7pm. $15; $12 students & Seniors.
