In 2012, uber rock critic Robert Christgau wrote, “Wussy have been the best band in America since they released the first of their five superb albums in 2005.” Now they’re back in town for their first Greater Nippertown show in two years – in support of their new album, Forever Sounds.     The Jocelyn and Chris Arndt show at Riverlink in Amsterdam has had several conflicting start times, including two different ones on nippertown. It is listed on the Riverlink site at 7 p.m. and most probably will be under a tent. Confusion may be a result of a high school reunion, also at the site, this evening.

    For those who love funk and soul and blues done New Orleans style, get out to see the Joe Krown Trio this evening. An extraordinary band, to say the least!!!
