MUSIC: Brian Wilson @ Tanglewood, Lenox. The Beach Boys mastermind – who looks nothing like at all like John Cusack, by the way – rolls into town with an ace band featuring special guests Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin cranking their way through the classic album Pet Sounds album – allegedly for the last time. Just don’t expect Brian to contribute too much beyond his mere presence… 2:30pm. $25-$109.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Dad Fest @ Washington Park, Albany. Yeah, it’s Father’s Day, and the City of Albany is honoring your dad, mine and everyone else’s with the second annual music fest featuring live music by Southside Johnny & the Poor Fools (perhaps a rootsier version of the Asbury Jukes?), Greater Nippertown premiere funk-folk singer-songwriter Bryan Thomas and and Vermont’s Bondville Boys. With food, beverage tastings, vendors, kids’ activities and more family fun. 1-6pm. FREE.

THEATER: “Dream Child: The Trial of Alice in Wonderland” @ Bridge Street Theatre, Catskill. Last chance! It’s the NY premiere of the new play written and performed by Roxanne Fay, commissioned by Florida’s Salvador Dali Museum, where it premiere last month. 2pm. $20; $10 age 21 and under.

CABARET: Benita Zahn’s “Always Asking Questions” @ Fort Salem Theater, Salem. The Newschannel 13 anchor and health reporter debuts her first-ever full-length solo cabaret act. 2pm. $25.

MUSIC: Dylan LeBlanc @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. The sweet-voiced southern folk-rock singer-songwriter got the best musical education you could ask for when as a young teen growing up in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Come and see how he put it to use… With alt-country band the Pollies opening the show as well as serving as LeBlanc’s back-up band. 8pm.

MUSIC: Celtic Woman @ Proctors, Schenectady. The Irish presentation fires up their music imbued with glossy made-for-PBS-TV production values. 3pm. $54-$114.
