Yes, Nipper is back in the news – big time – thanks to Senator Charles Schumer. Of course, we here at Nippertown would like it better if the discussion was actually more about the art rather than the tax breaks. But we’re all for anything that reminds everybody how important Nipper is to our Local 518 landscape, our skyline, our cultural identity.
