Ommegang Brewery Announces New Concert

April 25th, 2016, 12:00 pm by Greg

As you probably already know, Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown serves up more than just an exceptionally tasty variety of “Game of Thrones”-themed beers and ales. During the summer months, the brewery also hosts outdoor concerts, and they’ve just announced their fifth concert of the 2016 season.

Grammy Award queen Norah Jones will make a tour stop at the brewery on Thursday, July 21, on her way to the Newport Folk Festival that weekend. (And, yes, she’s also playing at the Newport Jazz Festival on the weekend after that…) Opening for Jones at Ommegang at 7pm will be New Orleans own Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
