This summer Caffe Lena is about to undergo major renovation (in fact, you might call it a transformation), but before then the revered Saratoga Springs coffeehouse is throwing its annual Caffe Lena Anniversary Concert – an event so big, in fact, that it will be held not at Caffe Lena, but at Skidmore College’s Zankel Music Center. On Saturday, May 21, the concert will feature Michigan’s Motown-bluegrass outfit Lindsay Lou & the Flatbellys, Troy troubadour Sean Rowe, the duo of Anne & Elizabeth and one-man band the Suitcase Junket. Advance tickets are on sale now for $30 & $50; $15 students.
