SPAC Adds New Concert, Postpones Another

Counting Crows and former Matchbox Twenty frontman Rob Thomas are teaming up for a co-headlining tour this summer, and the double-bill is slated to land at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center at 6:45pm on Monday, August 15. Opening the show will be Nashville-based Americana-pop singer-songwriter K. Phillips.

Tickets are priced at $40.50, $60.50 & $80.50 for reserved amphitheater seats and $26.50 lawn general admission. Tickets are slated to go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (April 15).

Meanwhile, the opening of SPAC’s 2016 summer concert season is still two months away, but the Spa City amphitheater has already suffered its first cancellation. Janet Jackson’s Unbreakable Tour – including her Saratoga Performing Arts Center concert that was originally scheduled for Friday, August 26 – has been postponed until 2017. New dates will be announced at a later time and tickets will be honored for the re-scheduled dates. Refunds are also available at the point of purchase.
