Heavy metal supergroup Hellyeah roars into the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park on Tuesday, May 3, leading the charge as headliners on the We’re All in This Together Tour Also keeping the evening (and the crowd) pumped will be Escape the Fate, New Year’s Day and From Ashes to New. The first 103 tickets will be sold for $10.30; thereafter tickets will be $20 in advance; $23 at the door. Also headbanging at UCH will be OTEP with September Mourning, Through Fire and Doll Skin at 6:30pm on Thursday, May 5 ($25 in advance; $30 at the door). Tickets for both shows go on sale at 10am on Friday (February 26).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The wonderful, wacky Weird Al Yankovic has extended his Mandatory World Tour, and he’ll be making a stop at Proctors in Schenectady this summer. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday (February 26).

The Skidmore Jazz Institute has announced the guest performer concerts for the 2016 summer season at Skidmore College’s Zankel Music Center is Saratoga Springs. The Ron Carter Golden Striker Trio – featuring the bass virtuoso with Donald Vega (piano) and Russell Malone (guitar) – takes the stage at 8pm on Tuesday, June 28, while 2016 Graamy Award-winning pianist Bill Charlap will lead his quintet in concert at 8pm on Tuesday, July 5. Tickets for each show are $8; $5 seniors; FREE students & children.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Steely Dan returns to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center this summer, and they’re bringing special guest Steve Winwood along with them. Tickets go on sale at 10am Monday (February 29).

Levon Helm’s Barn in Woodstock continues to line-up some impressive concerts, including newly announced shows by Luther Dickinson & the Cooperators at 7pm on Sunday, March 6 ($30 & $45); Canadian bluesman Matt Andersen with Amy Helm at 8pm on Saturday, March 26 ($35 & $50); Beatles tribute band the Fab Faux on Friday, April 29 ($TBA); and the Barr Brothers on Friday, May 6 ($TBA).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The folks at WGNA-FM have announced the headliners for this summer’s 23rd annual CountryFest. The fest will take place at the Schaghticoke Fairgrounds with Lee Brice, the Eli Young Band and Granger Smith in the spotlight. Additional bands TBA. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Goo Goo Dolls are headed back to SPAC this summer with with Collective Soul and Tribe Society in tow. (Remember the days when they were playing 288 Lark?) Tix for their SPAC show go on sale at 10am on Friday (February 26).

Three new jazz concerts have been announced for the Madison Theater in Albany. Saxman Antoine Roney leads his quartet – featuring guitarist William “Spaceman” Patterson, bassist Rashaan Carter and 10-year-old drum prodigy Kojo “Odu” Roney – at 7pm on Saturday, March 12 ($15 through 11:30pm tonight; $20 thereafter). The Colette Michaan Quartet takes the stage at 7pm on Saturday, April 9 ($20); followed by the Afro Cuban Jazz Saxtet at 7pm on Saturday, May 14 ($20).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals are teaming up with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue for an outdoor summertime concert at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday (February 26).

Northampton’s premiere bohemian klezmer-punk band Bella’s Bartok will celebrate the release of their new album Masquerade with a concert at the Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield at 8pm on Saturday, April 16 with special guest DJ BFG. Tickets are $15 in advance; $20 at the door.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Stand-up comedian Bill Maher lands in the spotlight at the Palace Theatre in Albany – just days before this fall’s presidential election. This oughtta be a good one… Tickets go on sale at 10am Friday (February 26).

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band bring their 50th anniversary tour to the Calvin Theatre in Northampton at 8pm on Thursday, May 12. Priced at $39.50 & $49.50, tickets go on sale on Friday (February 26).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Three more new concerts – John Hiatt, the Joshua Redman Quartet and Buckwheat Zydeco – have been announced for the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington. Tickets will go on sale at 12noon on Wednesday, March 2.

Veteran jazz pianist Armen Donelian serves up “Full Moon Music,” an evening of original compositions and spontaneous improvisations at the Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill at 7:30pm on Saturday, March 12. Tickets are $15 at the door. The Bridge Street Theatre has also announced its upcoming cabaret series featuring Eric Michael Gillett’s “Man About Town: The Wit and Wisdom of Noel Coward” at 8pm on Friday, April 1; “An Evening with Julie Gold” at 8pm on Saturday, June 4; Mark Nadler’s “Let’s Misbehave: A Cole Porter Soirée” at 8pm on Saturday, August 6; and Eric Comstock & Barbara Fasano’s “Masterful. Magical. Married.” at 8pm on Saturday, October 1. Tickets are $20 for each show.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Ulster Performing Arts Center in Poughkeepsie has recently added new concerts by the Rides (a new blues-rock supergroup featuring guitarslingers Stephen Stills and Kenny Wayne Shepherd) and stand-up comedian Kevin James.

“Barbra & Frank: The Concert That Never Was” doubles your tribute pleasure with a joint homage to Streisand and Sinatra at Vapor in Saratoga Springs at 4 & 7pm on Saturday, March 19. Tickets are $20.

SOLD OUT: David Sedaris’ performance at The Egg in Albany on Saturday, April 9 is now officially sold out. However, tickets are still available for Sedaris’ appearances at the Bardavon Theatre in Poughkeepsie on Friday, April 8 and the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center in Great Barrington on Sunday, April 10.
